The Slytherin Dungeons

Recommended Posts

Scales are valid only within Slytherin. Awards are given to the top three Slytherin (as well as the highest non-Slytherin) scale earners at the end of each term. The top ten Slytherin scale earners at the end of the year will also receive an award for their dedication.

There are many ways to earn scales, including:

  • Being one of the top ten house points earners for Slytherin of each month
  • Completing the tasks in the Monthly Scales Challenge
  • Participating in Harry Potter Read-Along and other Slytherin activities
  • Writing journal entries
  • Contributing to Puzzle Exchange or playing a game in Arcade Club

Check HERE to see how you are doing in the Scales Race!

The spreadsheet is generally updated monthly. Please send me a message if you have any questions about your scales.

Scales for Autumn Term have been totaled and here are the award winners!

Scales Race:
In 3rd place, with 986 scales... Prof. Scarlet Leslie-Lewis!
In 2nd place, with 988 scales... Prof. Will Lestrange!
And in 1st place, with an astounding 1046 scales... February Fortescue!

Best Hatchling is given to the first year student with the most scales. Congratulations to Daria Summers with 297 scales!

Dweller of the Dungeons is awarded to the top non-Slytherin scale earner. This friend of snakes actually had the highest total out of everyone. Congratulations to Prof. Tarma Amelia Black of Hufflepuff with 1211 scales!

It was a tight race! The scale count begins at zero for everyone for Spring Term, so maybe YOUR name will be here in a few months. I'd like to see some new names break into the top three. We hope to see you earning many scales and hanging out in the Dungeons this term!
