Oh my, December is flying by! I can't believe Christmas is only a week away!!! Slythmas has been going great, i love the different activities!!! Sleigh Ride (Hufflepuff HOLidays) has been ridiculous! crazy clues, and difficult tasks! especially since someone can only post one task, so we have to keep finding people to post more!! A lot is going on: -new Hollers challenges -new DoHGaS challenges -Huffle HOLidays! -more Read-Along trivia and activities!! -Quidditch is going on, but I still haven't made it to a game yet.... and of course, SLYTHMAS!!!!! Tomorrow is American Thanksgiving! While the food is not my favorite, I love getting together with my family! Plus, its nice having a short week of work! Though it will make going back to work next Monday that much harder! Scales awarded ~Max

Thank goodness I finally found my journal! Turns out i had put it away with my summer clothing. But now its back! Some updates: -Slyth-o-ween was great! I loved running the scavenger hunt, and I hope everyone had a lot of fun! -Gryfftoberfest ended and I won A LOT of beans, as well as 10 chocolate frog cards and a custom avatar! Sadly, none of the cards I got were #12, but I'm going to keep trying!! -After realizing I hadn't been sending my tasks to Publishing Pursuits II (somehow they've just been getting saved to my draft box?!) I turned in all the rest of the tasks today! Its tough because writing isn't my strong suit but the tasks are helping me improve! -Several groups are planning Fantastic Beasts activities, and I can't wait for the movie! I love stories that expand on a universe but have different characters Scales awarded ~Max

AH! CORRECTION!! I bought one more frog to console myself, and it had #96!!! Now i just need one more!!!!

I got 150 beans from Lion's Ludo today, so of course I spent it all on chocolate frogs! I'm pretty sure i'm the one keeping the thrift store in stock....lots of rare cards, but still not #12 or #96...some day! It's almost the end of October, and I am loving doing this scavenger hunt! I hope a lot of people are finding the pieces and also like it because i am definitely up for doing this again in the future! Scales awarded ~Max

The dungeons have been very hard for me these past couple of days! Whenever i try to get in, i get a "no response from domain" or "domain not found". But when i come back to it later, it works fine! Sometimes while i'm already on it'll refresh the page and stop working. I'm not sure what's causing it; because it happens on my work computer and phone too. hmm... The greenhouses are back up and i've just harvested my first two Mimbulus Mimbletonia and earned myself 400 beans! I then spent pretty much all 400 buying chocolate frogs cards, as I am still missing #12 and #96. No luck this time, but tomorrow's another day! Slythoween has started! The scavenger hunt has been a lot of fun coming up with clues and placing the pieces everywhere. I hope everyone else is having just as much fun as me! and I love all the activities Basil posted! I committed myself to only doing the nonogram at work so that i can spread the fun out a little Publishing Pursuits II is up! This one might be harder for me to participate in, as I have zero ideas for books right now, but maybe inspiration will strike as i work on the crossword! Scales awarded ~Max
